These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mastersales website, app, and video courses (together, the "Platform"), operated by Mastersales App Ltd ("Mastersales", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17247038, registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("you", "the Student") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
Mastersales is based in and operated from England, and these Terms are governed by English law (Section 24). We make the Platform available to customers worldwide, but we don't represent that it's appropriate, legal, or fully featured in every country. If you access the Platform from outside the UK, you're responsible for complying with your local laws, including any import, export, or content-access restrictions that may apply where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory consumer protection you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, where those laws would otherwise apply and cannot be contracted out of. These Terms sit alongside those rights, not in place of them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase a course. By using the Platform you confirm you are not located in, or a national or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive UK, EU, or US trade sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable government restricted-party or denied-persons list. If you're using Mastersales on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away at hello@mastersalesapp.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Licence: When you buy a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream and view that course for your own learning. You don't own the content — you're licensing access to it.
Access period: Access to each purchased course runs for 4 months (measured as 122 days) from the timestamp of purchase, recorded in UK time. After that, your access to that course closes automatically, whether or not you've finished it. We'll aim to email a reminder before expiry, but it's your responsibility to complete the course within the window.
Renewals: If you'd like access beyond the 4-month window, you can repurchase the course at the price then in effect. Renewal purchases are treated as new purchases for the purposes of these Terms and the Refund Policy.
We may occasionally update, re-record, or improve course content during your access period. This won't reduce the overall value or length of the course in any material way.
Prices are set and charged in GBP (£). Where the Platform displays an estimated price in another currency for convenience, that figure is indicative only — the actual charge to your card and any currency conversion is handled by your card issuer or payment provider, and the amount you see in your own currency may vary slightly due to exchange rates and their fees. We're not responsible for conversion rates or charges applied by your bank.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card details. You're responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or charges applied by your country in connection with your purchase, in addition to the price shown. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; this won't affect a course you've already bought.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you get instant access when you buy, and a full 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date, wherever in the world you're buying from.
All course videos, scripts, worksheets, templates, prompt libraries, branding, and other materials on the Platform ("Course Content") are owned by or licensed to Mastersales and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide. Your licence under these Terms is for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You must not:
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us about the Platform may be used by us freely and without any obligation to you.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes not attempting to bypass access controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, upload harmful code, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose in any jurisdiction. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.
The Platform and Course Content are provided "as is" and "as available". Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law, we don't promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Course Content for your particular circumstances. This section doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent mandatory laws where you live.
Mastersales courses are educational content, not a guarantee of sales results, income, or career outcomes. Case studies, scripts, and examples are illustrative. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including effort, market conditions, and your existing skills — we make no promises about specific outcomes.
Courses may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or services (for example, CRM software or AI tools). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or legality in your country. Mentioning a tool isn't an endorsement or guarantee.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mastersales, its directors, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Course Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law or the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastersales is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to a course is capped at the amount you paid for that course in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, including sharing access credentials or misusing Course Content. You can stop using the Platform at any time; this doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, No Warranty, Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply after your account closes.
We won't be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, power failures, natural disasters, war, or government action.
We may assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, without affecting your access rights. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Mastersales regarding the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If we don't enforce a provision of these Terms on any occasion, that doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not give any right to a person who is not a party to them to enforce any term, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We may send notices to you at the email address on your account. You can send notices to us at hello@mastersalesapp.com. Notices are treated as received the next business day after sending.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, our business, or the law. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and where a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country where mandatory local consumer law gives you that right, and nothing here removes protections you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
